Quality Assurance at PRIDE means diligent attention to detail. Establishing quality at the beginning of a contract and maintaining that quality of service throughout the contract are of paramount importance to the PRIDE team. We recognize that in order to successfully deliver consistent quality, a number of critical factors are essential.

These include:

** Staffing our program at all levels with trained
professionals.

** Providing management and operational support to our
officers through an ongoing program of quality control,
inspection, training, and field administrative support.

** Continously working in a team effort towards the goal
of improving security and safety.

THE PRIDE QUALITY ASSURANCE TEAM

Our quality assurance program is designed to be both pro-active and re-active.

PRO-ACTIVE APPROACH: Our General Manager is a seasoned security professional who creates realistic, workable security plans to prevent client problems. When our PRIDE begins working with a client, we maintain open lines of communication with the client to alleviate any problems that could affect the quality of the security services provided.

RE-ACTIVE APPROACH: If a problem arises, we will immediately address it and create a workable plan to resolve it. Even when PRIDE and the client agree that the problem has been satisfactorally resolved, our quality assurance system will continue to follow up to ensure the problem does not reoccur.
